"Beautiful hotel! Perfect location "

"The staff are excellent. Special mention to LORENZO who did an extra mile of service for us as he helped us find a shop for an authentic leather jacket and jewelry. He looked for us amongst the crowd at the square to update us on the status of the store that he recommended for jewelry. He also directed us in person to the leather store and introduced us to the store manager. I haven't seen s front desk person do that to me in any of the hotels i stayed in , even at the Bellagio and other 5 star hotels in Las Vegas. The Bernini hotel treated us like royalty. They also prepared the bed for us prior to bedtime. They seem to know when we're out and time the bedtime prep prior to our arrival. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Loved how central this hotel is. Front desk staff is very kind & efficient. The furniture in the room is very dated with paint missing on the chairs, folded up paper under the armoire leg, chips in the desk Otherwise, the rooftop is nice and the payment was fair. "

"Easy access from the train station of about a 3 minute walk. Right on the edge of the main shopping and attraction action of Florence so you do not feel like you are right in the crowds. The view from the bar/restaurant are great also. Service was always accommodating and the food was good. The shower/bath was a little crowded with how the fictures are placed but otherwise the bathroom was fine, the room was good, everything was clean and fun. I would recommend this to my friends also."

The staff went above and beyond—surprising each of my kids with a stuffed animal and even keeping the restaurant open a little later so they could have dinner after a long day.
