"The hotel was conveniently located, although its design seemed more geared toward a younger, social media-oriented crowd. I particularly liked that it was part of a shopping complex, with a Coop supermarket conveniently located in the basement."

"Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains (see attached pictures), and the breakfast, with a selection of local cheeses, jams and...

"This hotel surpassed all expectations. The Mountain View room took our breath away and the entire hotel was spotless, yet cosy, and every little detail had been thought of. But none of this compares to the standard of every single staff member we met. Everybody was so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. Exceptional service."

"Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und sehr fein. Nur das Personal schien morgens um 7h / 7:30h noch nicht ganz so motiviert zu sein.
Auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz hat sich auch mein Auto wohl gefühlt - es hat sich jedenfalls nicht beschwert. ;)
Gerne wieder."
