Hotel Keluarga di Ridgeland

"Can’t say a lot because when we got there after traveling all day, they didn’t have a room for us., even though I made reservations awhile ago. Other guests stayed an extra night. Manager was nice about it. They put us in a room at another property they own, very close, but still had to go somewhere else. Days Inn. Manager actually followed us over there to make sure we had no problems checking in. Give him credit for that. But… room had no toiletries, had to go back and get soap. Forgot to ask...

"The hotel was very clean however the fridge was not working well and there was no handsoap in the bathroom. It seemed there was only one person at front desk for help. We had to go downstairs to get soap as no one answered the phone."

"I was very pleased the moment I walked in with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff as well as the aesthetic my suite. It was spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that there were some crumbs and little bit of trash in the floor and couch that were overlooked but not terrible enough for me to care. I will definitely be choosing this location for my next stay."

"The exhaust vent in the hallway on the fourth floor is extremely noisy! Handheld shower handle was a low quality product. The omlets for breakfast were not very good. Enjoyed the automated brewed coffee in the breakfast area, it was very good. However, the coffee served in the lobby was terrible. The desk clerk said I am not eligible for IHG points since I made my reservation through Expedia."

"We got married here 15 years ago and came back to celebrate our anniversary. They’ve done a good job maintaining a nice place. The rooms could use an update but were clean, the staff were super nice, and the location is perfect for walking around and checking out local stores and restaurants.
