"We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. "Our stay was in memory of a previous visit to the Terminus. The staff were wonderful, particularly Romi. On book in we had a small studio but there was no parking available which was a major problem due to the medical issues of both my wife and self. I became emotional and Romi managed to organise a parking spot and upgraded our accommodation to make us more comfortable.
