"The Petersham has a lovely riverside setting in Richmond, and the surroundings are the best part of the stay. The location is hard to beat for walking along the Thames and getting into Richmond. The rest of the stay was uneven. Shower was terrible, no fan or AC in hot room. For the price I expected a more polished experience. It's a good place to stay for the setting, but I'd want a few details fixed before I recommend it without hesitation. Three stars."

"This property is situated right on the Thames which allows walking access to all kinds of restaurants and shops! It's also convenient to get down town to the center. It has great access to views, especially the Richmond View Point. A beautiful coffee/bar place inside the property offering all sorts of options! A fantastic place to rest and relax for a journey! Night life was also assessable just blocks down!"

"We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The bedsheets and towels were spotless and fresh. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and went beyond the expected to help us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen felt newly updated and clean. "The Kew Gardens Hotel was perfect! Just around the corner from Kew Metro Station and the cutest little “square “ with lots of great restaurants and shops! A Tesco open from 7-11 was perfect! Coffee shops, easy access to the city, and Kew Gardens!! It has a lovely pub on the main floor that serves breakfast etc… I am so glad I picked this one!!!!"
