"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked. "We had excellent service from check-in to checkout. Breakfast was delicious, nothing ever ran out, and good variety. Most hotels do not clean rooms every day, we’ve noticed, but the Hampton Inn on George St. in Pawtucket did and it very much appreciated. Parking was decent.
