Hotel Mesra Haiwan Kesayangan di Rhine - Neckar

"Front desk staff very friendly. It’s an old hotel but that’s part of the charm. Like most places in Germany there is no air conditioning in the individual rooms (so don’t complain - this is common here) but the man at the front desk offered me a fan as I was staying on the top floor room. It was 33 degrees last weekend so it was very hot but the view from my window was amazing and it was conveniently close to the hiking path I travelled there for. Comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again :)"

"The room was clean and comfortable. We were 19:00 checking in and since restaurant was closed to private parts, we were given a list of restaurants and who would deliver. I would return. "

"We were happy with the hotel, decent restaurant….but when we got to the room, no A/C. All rooms on 2 had no a/c. It wasn’t too bad as they provided a fan but on hotter days would be warm at night. It wasn’t apparent when I booked through Expedia there would be no cooling."
