"This is a nice and clean hotel with a great location in the city. A large variety of food and shopping options nearby. If you are going on excursions, you will be picked up at nearby bus stops, not the hotel because the street is very narrow. The staff are multi-lingual and were very helpful. We had a lovely view of the city and harbor, but new construction is blocking the view of the bay. Food is very, very expensive in Iceland, so prepare your travel budget wisely. We enjoyed our stay, the city and the country. It is a unique place in the world and beautiful. "

"This hotel is in a perfect location and walkable to the main street and most of the City. The front desk staff is friendly. The rooms are cozy and clean. We've stayed here twice: once with our kids and once as a couple. We love that they have rooms with living areas, small kitchens, and second bedrooms. The second bedroom and bathroom was extremely small, but standard for Iceland i guess. "
