"Check-in was very good by Harriet, Chelsea took us to our room and explained all amenities. I am in a wheelchair and found ramps to all areas and the lift very good. We stayed for 2 nights and I received some sweets as it was my birthday. The hotel has its own secure car park with rising bollards at the entrance. Check-out was wonderful, by Aidan and Chelsea. We will stay again."
"The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay."
