"Ocean was not accessible like u thought it would be as seen on a map. It was a marina area not a beach. Food was okay but area was too small for how many people were there. Lotsa of folks eating out by the pool so glad there was no rain"

"It's elegant and intimate, so service is very attentive. It's a beautiful property and located walking distance from 5th Ave. Between the proximity and the shuttle, you really don't need to use your car during your stay. Restaurants, shopping and activities are all all closed by. You won't find better restaurants in all of Naples. You won't regret planning a stay here."

"Everything was great from the early check in to the late check out. The room was fantastic with a view of the sea from the balcony. Food was amazing. We loved our stay!"

"Breakfast was good, decent variety of fruits, yogurt, cereal, waffles. I did have some minor issues with the room I was in (ac programming issue, smell in bathroom). I was pretty unhappy with my room after these problems, but the nice girl at the front desk moved me to a much nicer room. They do a good job keeping things clean. The staff was very attentive and did everything they could to make my stay better and I truly appreciated that. Go for the apartment if you want a much nicer room with better AC, screened patio. Overall it was a nice experience and I will go back. I’d say this is a decent value given the price. The staff really were excellent and they were working constantly, always busy. "

"Estoy tan feliz con este hotel y su gran equipo. He ido a muchos hoteles y puedo decir que ninguno lo supera. La primera noche no enfrió el aire acondicionado y al siguiente día lo comentamos con la recepción cuando llegamos de la playa y hay mismo nos resolvieron y nos movieron de habitación. Es un lugar que regresaré muy pronto. Nos sentimos súper cómodos. Un lugar extremadamente limpio. Si personal muy amigable y profesional. La atención en este hotel el VIP para todos los huéspedes. No tengo una sola cosa negativa que decir. Quedamos muy felices con nuestro viaje a Náples. Sin duda es el mejor lugar para quedarse en esa ciudad. "
