"Staff very accommodating and kind. Rooms lovely and clean-refreshed. The room 112 had a humming noise that came from the mechanical room- I wouldn’t recommend this room if you are sensitive to noise. This room certainly needs some sound proofing . I was grateful to be moved. Thank you. "

"Check in was quick and easy! The staff was well trained and helpful. The room was clean and nicely apportioned. The gondola was less than 100 yards from the hotel door. Way, way to many fat people in the hot tubs, sauna and pool located between buildings 2 & 3!! The hot tub on level 3 of building 1 had only a few people, all of them were slim and friendly."
