"Breakfast was great, parking was easy and accessible, and the overall condition of the room was good. There was a bug on the bed, but it’s possible that I brought that in with me on my clothes and I didn’t see any others so I didn’t complain. The main issue is that the toilet kept running, and while I did ask the staff to take care of it, nothing was ultimately fixed. As a result it kept running every night throughout my stay. I also asked for an extra day to add on to my stay, which was great that they could provide that and price match the rate I found online. However, since they couldn’t fix the toilet issue it would’ve been nice if they could’ve offered a discount or a better room. "

"The staff were pleasant, particularly Jennifer who worked the front desk. She was so nice and very informative. The cleanliness was another matter. The pool was very cloudy. In a pool 4.3 feet deep, I couldn't even see my own feet touching the bottom of the pool. At first, I didn't think anything of it. I trusted that the pool wouldn't be open unless it was safe enough to swim in. However, that wasn't so because after two days of swimming, my nephew wound up with a UTI. "

"Would like to have had a microwave in the room. A steamer rather than an iron. Blackout curtain was missing a pull handle."

"The rooms were dirty, dead lightbulbs weren't replaced when requested, the breakfast was cereal or oatmeal and the coffee was burned. Our third story window was wide open with no screen when we entered. Thankfully staff installed a lock at our request. The springs on one bed were so broken on one side that you could slide off the bed in the night. It's high on the list of the worst motels I've ever stayed in"

"Everytime i stay its always a good clean peaceful the staff super nice even when people might be rude to them they never show it..."

"The rooms were clean and in order. However 2 double beds but only 2 towels for possibly 4 people. States that breakfast is included but did not disclose you will have to pay for it. Also shuttle to airport we scheduled for a Tim to get to airport for our 2 hr window. But it never showed up for our original pickup time but not the second one either. We were finally picked up on 3 time. Now we were 1/2 hr behind schedule. "
