"We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were always friendly and happy to answer questions. The lobby and room were clean. We had an issue where every time we showered, there would be a large pool of water forming on the floor presumably from water leaking through the glass shower door. This wasn’t a huge concern, as it could be wiped and not return until the shower was used again. However, the main downside to the hotel was the lack of sound insulation. We could hear doors closing, toilets flushing, and voices traveling through our room from early morning to night."

"Great location! Clean hotel! Pool and bar area were great! Navigating the property and the elevators were a bit of a challenge. Rooms are clean and compact."

"The hotel was beautiful, with a live music bar & wonderful ambiance. The gym, & sauna were another personal favorite & the breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options."

"Everything was great. The only issue I had was my key disconnected every day."

"Staff were numerous and very polite. They should have maintenance people on staff to repair broken items, for example a shower head, toilette roll dispenser and peeling wall paper."
