"Shuttle service from hotel to airport was professional and courtrous. On time as dchedule. Room was excell ent! Comfy sitting area was a lovely touch. Did not have the opportunity for breakfast. I did enjoy my dinner at the bar. Looking forward to my return stay."

"The hotel is terrible… Our beds had women’s hair all over them when we checked in, but the staff was really nice and quickly changed everything when we told them — they were genuinely apologetic. That said, the bedsheets and pillow covers have definitely seen better days and are long overdue for retirement, though it seems management hasn’t realized that yet. The hair dryer only made noise but didn’t blow any air, and in the morning the flush stopped working. To top it off, the water pressure dropped completely while my partner still had shampoo in their hair — what a nightmare! The only good thing I can say is that they offered a free electric vehicle charging point, which was helpful. The staff themselves were lovely — honestly, they’re the ones holding the place together. But overall, it’s definitely not worth $200 a night. I’d appreciate a refund"
