"I was here with the family for a 1 day layover. The staff were friendly and helpful with how to get around town and suggested things to see. The shuttle bus was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great friendly staff. 1 out of only 2 elevators were out of service hence the decrease in stars. A sign on where the stairs can be access would’ve been helpful. Operating on 1 elevator is inconvenient not only to guests but especially when cleaning carts were also using it. I’m not from the area but considering the space I don’t really get the charge for the parking and why it can’t be complimentary for those who stay. "

"This property was excellent. Great location, close to metro, good food, shops, underground. It was beautiful and well maintained. The beds were the best beds I have ever had at a hotel. I’m obsessed with the mattresses. (They are firm). I also personally loved the firm couch. Front desk was very helpful, restocking was easy. Pool was small but wasn’t an issue for our stay. The app was a little slower and a bit unclear at times (says to select check out when leaving, but not an option to do so...

"This is the first time I’ve seen a hotel in Canada with such a well-equipped and clean bathroom, where all the fixtures are installed according to proper architectural standards. The bedroom is spacious, very comfortable, and pleasant."

"The hotel was pretty modern and room was quiet and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and it was conveniently located. We were able to walk to a few restaurants nearby, the underground city, metro subway station, and old Montreal. It had a small refrigerator fill with drinks that we have to pay extra if we drink them and we had to remind our kids do not touch these which was kind of little annoying. Overall, it was a pretty good stay for us."

"We booked this hotel after a trip cancellation. We booked online from the airport, it was quick ,efficient , and free transportation with their shuttle. A hot free breakfast was also included and it was very good. Great experience after a very stressful situation at the airport!"
