"We’ve had consistently pleasant experiences with other locations, which is why this one stood out for the wrong reasons. The pool appeared to have a noticeable buildup on the walls, which was concerning. Our room was also missing several basic items like towels and covers for the pullout couch bed, which made things inconvenient. Overall, this stay was disappointing, but based on our past experiences, we believe this location is more of an exception than the norm."

"The hotel was very clean. Staff were nice, helpful. Breakfast could have been warmer, bagels had mold but taken care of right away. I asked for a walk in shower, they gave us a tub/shower. Tub was slippery, I fell going in the tub no no slip stuff in tub. "

"The breakfast wasn’t what it used to be I didn’t enjoy it at all. The room wasn’t cleaned well I found a used washcloth in the bathroom under the sink ugh!"
