地點優越 景色優美

位於清境較高的地區，景色壯闊，合歡奇萊能高美景盡收眼底。這一帶算是清境的 “鬧區”，步行10分鐘範圍內就有台灣最高全家和7-11及多家餐廳，且旁邊就有公車站牌（可前往翠峰、合歡山或下霧社、埔里），不開車也很方便。房間和大廳都有美好山林景致，悠閒坐著享用咖啡茶飲，真的太愜意。

房間整潔有個很小露台，風景不錯可見茶園和山景，可看日出但可惜大霧看不到! 設備整全電器設備意想不到,有加熱床墊、風扇、抽濕機....等。 餐廳有露台可邊吃早餐邊欣賞風景但早餐選擇不多。 地點不錯附近還有餐廳和便利商店，步行約8分鐘就能到清境農場，非常方便。

The view in the morning was definitely a bonus, it was pretty clean however everything offered was pretty bare minimum, the couch in our room was more like a dog bed haha.. for a one night only stay tho- does the job

入住兩晚，但是： 1、週五晚洗澡時水流小，熱水需要等很久才有（可能只有我們入住），週六晚才恢復正常。 2、第二天沒有打掃整理房間。 3、兩天的早餐都是同樣的菜色。 4、沒有房間拖鞋。 5、只有浴巾。 6、小蟲、蒼蠅、蚊子不少。 7、隔音不好。 8、冰箱及飲水在公共區域。

the owner was very friendly. Breakfast is the usual porridge and breads. Coffee and water dispensary is available 24hours and nearby. morning view is great for sunrise. location is within walking to 7-11 and family mart.

駕車沿途看到有很多旅館, 但像這種路邊就是入口, 不用上下坡一大段路, 而且入口旁邊就是泊車位的不多 而且對面是生果店, 旁邊是早餐店, 步行大概五分鐘就是全家/7-11/午晚餐店, 駕車大概五分鐘就是草原北邊入口, 地利位置很棒 加上景觀也很棒, 又有飲水機可以加水, 咖啡是咖啡粉自己過濾的 唯一挑剔是在床上就能看到日出, 相反就是別人也能在外面看到你的睡姿 (不過住客不多)

In any other place, I would have given this 4 stars. However, given the shortage of reasonably-priced, top-notch hotels around the lake, my 5-star rating reflects what was available for Taiwan. The room was very nice, and the hotel was close to the bus station and to the start of the trails around the lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made our entire stay around Sun Moon Lake a great experience. Any issues we experienced, such as a slow elevator, narrow stairs, too few electrical outlets, etc., were very minor, and are to be expected throughout Taiwan. One thing remember: Take your key when you go out. Without it, you won't be able to get back into the hotel after 9:00 as the staff are off. Ask the staff about the local restaurant serving local mountain vegetable-based dishes. You won't regret it.

The hotel owner was not helpful at all. We have several huge heavy bags and she refused to help us to carry the bags down to our floor. We have to take the lift down and climb a few flight of stairs. The bed was rock hard and lastly we asked to borrow a few clothes hanger and the owner almost argued with me! Very ridiculous!

無障礙空間不及格

請館方不要再接無障礙輪椅的客人了，雖然年輕老闆立即想辦法做個木斜板，我們仍無法順利進出，幸好我們有兩位壯丁，可以連同輪椅搬進房間，這裡我真心覺得訂房部很糟糕。 A102房間的通風真心不敢領教，一點山林的空氣都飄不進來，房間沒有開窗，難怪房間要有電風扇，浴室的排風扇也是停擺，洗澡完的熱氣水氣就在房裡，我索性在白天的時候把門打開，晚上房裡就有了蚊子(應該是我把房門打開通風的原因) 缺點說完了。 優點 : 兩位外籍房務態度親切良好。 老闆很積極願意幫忙解決問題。 設備老舊老闆剛接手，正在快速的重整，沒有聽到吵雜的工務聲音。 早餐採台式自助式07:30-09:30中規中矩，連住兩天沒什麼變化，有烤土司跟餐包小牛角麵包，乾淨、衛生。 浴室的水壓夠強，冷水夠冷、熱水夠熱，可以舒服的洗個澡。 如果不是帶有坐輪椅的媽媽，我會再多給分數。 不過因為事前有電話聯繫，館方訂房部並未如實告知，這點我認為道德感不足，如果今天是一對母女呢？想想人家怎麼進出？ 四人房的收費以平日來說，我覺得在清淨是貴了點，整體來說CP值低了點。
