Hotel murah di Reisterstown

"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

Staff is always friendly, polite, and professional Beds & pillow! always a superior nights sleep!! "The room had a bad smell. The furniture was beat up. No microwave. The heat/aircon air exit vent had dust build up that really needs a good cleaning. That’s bad for anyone that suffers with respiratory or allergies issues. "

"I liked how the room was decorated and put together. There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand. Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one. I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like."

"The reception lady is unprofessional, has attitude towards customers and rude. The elevator doesn’t work completely. The breakfast was ok. Room service ignored about my room had to go to reception to grab new towels and toilet paper after the second night. Wouldn’t go there just because of the rude receptionist."
