"The hotel is old and outdated. For example there was one electrical outlet in the room. It was difficult to charge phones and watches."

"The pool, sauna and hot tub areas were closed and we weren’t made aware of this ahead of time, which for us was significant because my husband is disabled and could not get to the up the hill location of the alternate location for the sauna, pool and hot tub. Additionally, the alternative location was open until just 15:00. Which didn’t work for my daughter who works remotely. So the trip we planned didn’t end up being the trip we planned. We were offered a refund of sorts, but a simple “heads up” would have been much preferred and would have saved our family birthday trip for my husband. The room was loud in that you could hear neighbors, but the view from our balcony and the hotel food was excellent."

"Hotel was very dangerous to stay with no amenities, no heat in freezing cold weather, no iron ,no coffee,no water, no refrigerator in the room ,and furniture was old and broken .Walls had mold and water marks.we regret for staying there and would never recommend to any person to stay at that place .Staff was awfully rude .Would suggest Expedia to just take off that hotel from their panel."

"Breathtaking view… we loved the vibe of this stay..super friendly helpful staff…sparkling clean restrooms and common areas…great little restaurant just a minute outside…cozy rooms… free breakfast..lots to do nearby…we didn’t have a restroom in our room but it was very close by and extremely clean. "Nice staff, Clean room but very basic. The family apartment is in a total different building with no elevator not connected to the hotel, you have to walk in the alley to get there. Breakfast is average to below average. Food is not labeled. "
