"Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was excellent. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Check in communication was made the day before and was good once it was established. Location was excellent and close to the train station, the Ferrari museum and to downtown restaurants and shopping."

"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

"Struttura veramente bella noi abbiamo usufruito dell'alloggio in formula residence ,appartamento bello,curato nell'arredamento e pulitissimo. Posto dove poter trascorrere una piacevole vacanza nel relax ritrovando quiete e temperature freschissime . Di fronte alla struttura c'è l'hotel sempre gestito dagli stessi proprietari dove potersi appoggiare sia per la colazione che per il pranzo e la cena ma accanto ci sono altri 2 ristoranti con bar e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Ottimo posto dove...
