Great location accessible by walking and transit, and we enjoyed getting around and going to the Arsenal match which was heavily walkable! The staff were very helpful and friendly and we arranged for laundry via a vendor they work with to have the clothes available at reception. "Our flight was late and we checked10:00 pm, so might be much better if earlier. Check in guy was dismissive, not helpful, just said kitchen was closed and bar was closing. We stayed 3 nights and only found out this morning that a light breakfast was included, and were shown around the hotel by a much nicer employee.
