"The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel sits back from the street so it is easy to miss. Their parking lot joins a grocery store parking lot, so you need to navigate errant shopping carts. Although the hotel was super clean, the quality of their mattress had a lot to be desired. I would rate their mattress as poor. I know I wasn't the only one that complained. It felt like 5 inches of foam on plywood. It provided no support."

There is no security. My sister and husband witnessed some man on the stairs right outside our hotel doing drugs, then the same man was passed out in the hallway by the backdoor, which was by our room. There was no coffee maker in our room, so in the morning my sister asked if they had any coffee (because they are...

"We got two non smoking rooms with two queen beds each, and there was a bad smell in both of them. They gave us our towels at the lobby, they were not ready for us in the rooms. The only toiletries available were 2 tiny shampoo bottles that did not lather up. The sign near the pool says pool and spa but the pool is not heated. Deposit amount is not stated on Expedia before arriving, will update if I get it back."

"For the price it was reasonable. Maid skip a day without cleaning room! Older gentleman at front desk was rude to me when I ask for water because vending machine was out, staff told .e I could get free bottle water at front desk, and he reluctantly gave it to me!"

"I would stay again. Bed was comfortable bring your own K cups and tea bags they don’t supply. They have a full refrigerator. No microwave or stove."
