We arrived at around 4:21, there were what seemed to be two workers when we were parking and once we went into the lobby, no one was around. Waited around for about five ish minutes and still no one had come out. There was even an Amazon worker trying to make a deliver who called someone to let them know no one was up front and that there were customers waiting. I called the front desk, hoping that if they heard the phone ring, someone would come out to answer. They didn't. Someone who had been in the pool came in and said they had been waiting for over an hour to get a key card. Eventually someone came out and we were able to check in. Our room was on the first floor, easy to access and easy to park. We stayed for about four days and I think we heard noise from other rooms twice so not sure if we were just lucky or if the noise complaints from other reviews were addressed. Definitely had hot water, there was some green substance on the little shampoos and other stuff provided so we opted to use our own. I thought the pots and pans were missing in our room but there just placed above the fridge. Some of our towels were stained and we ran out of paper towels so we went to the front desk to ask for more, it was a different persom from check out who told us she wasn't sure if they had any, that she could give us an opened paper towel from around the corner. Pricing was decent, think the deposit might have been about the same price as our stay.
