"We booked two nights and enjoyed the hotel so much we stayed a third night. I very seldom give a perfect score to a hotel but this was well deserved. The staff were outstanding! The hotel was immaculate plus it was a “green” property. We highly recommend staying and enjoying the rooftop view of Lake Michigan……"

"The hotel could use some maintenance. The wires for the door lock had been visibly cut, allowing anyone in the building with or without a key. The room was clean, except for the couch cushion, that had dry vomit on it underneath. The staff was helpful, but their were no available rooms to switch to, so we had to go to a different hotel. We were refunded our whole 3 night stay,as the vomit was discovered the first night and room deemed unhabitable for humans."

"Good stay for the price. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up some stairs if you're not staying on the first floor. Our beds were some of the coziest I've slept in and the room and bathroom were very clean. Had a good experience overall as a one night stop off."

"Room was nice and big . Comfortable beds. But it hadn't been cleaned at all. Dirt and grime in the edges of the walls especially in the restroom. Floor hadn't been swept. They scheduled once a week cleaning but all he did was wipe the one counter table and take out trash no vacuum or cleaning of anything else. Took our towels but never gave us more. Sheets had crumbs and hair in them like they had not been changed. Good price and good area. People nice but the cleanlines can be much better."

"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️"

"Would have been nice to know before we checked in that the pool was closed. And then to be told that the hot tub works but it doesn't get hot. Would have never booked a room here if I'd known that. Don't advertise for a pool and hot tub if you can't use them. Pay extra to stay at a hotel for that reason and it's not available. They could have at least gave us a discount for that. And the only way to get the free breakfast item was to have to go to the front desk and ask for it. What a...

"This was a nice hotel for a quiet weekend in Kenosha. It's a 10 minute walk from the Metra station and minutes walking to several restaurants and bars. The restaurant was nice and the rooftop bar has great views. The staff was friendly and helpful."
