Hotel Dekat Regal Independence Mall

"Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were kept clean daily. Very informative and ready with information on nearby restaurants."

"First of all, this hotel is almost brand new. That being said, birth, my shower and sink faucets failed to work properly. I was unable to set them to a consistent warm temperature. The shower was the worst. I almost scolded myself trying to take a shower as I couldn't regulate the temperature to a comfortable setting. The sink now much better. "Great place"

"No counter in bathroom to put out toiletries. Used roll s (2) of toilet paper were shoved between wall and sink. Door to bathroom warped and did not shut properly. Vending machine completely empty. "Friendly staff, clean room, super comfortable bed, walking distance to the music venue"

"Very nice rooms. Bathrooms were a little on the small side but they were recently renovated and in good shape. It would have been nice to have at least a continental breakfast, but there were no amenities of that type. Would stay here again if nothing else with more amenities were available."

"The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The property was super cute and well maintained."

"Affordable prices, even with the pet fees. Good location. Staff was friendly and kept things clean throughout the premises. Stayed here a couple of times in October with work. Rooms were clean and well equipped with basic hygiene items and appliances. My only "complaints" are: 1. Hot water never got hot enough to be comfortable and relaxing. 2. Uneasy feeling when walking my dogs, especially after dark. Always someone hanging out in the shadows, leaning against the building and just...
