Hotel Dekat Regal Hollywood - St. Joseph

"Nos gustó mucho, me volvería a quedar"

"We enjoyed having the entire mansion to ourselves during our midweek stay. The public rooms are elegant. The Lincoln Bedroom was well appointed and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. We appreciated having plenty of towels. We hope to come back."

"There were bugs in the bathroom. The towel and hand towel had stains, although they appeared to have been washed. There was no bedspread on the bed, only two top sheets and a fitted sheet. The room smelled like a dog. It was close to where I needed to go. The attendant was cordial. She loaned me a charger for my phone."

"The place is a dump, lots of regulars living there. They didn’t have my Orbitz reservation, so clearly their system is a mess and unreliable. I wouldn’t chance trying to stay here, you may not get a room."
