"Everyone was friendly and the resort had a lot of character. The only drawback was that the restaurant wasn't open on Christmas day, so we went to a terrible Thai restaurant. I can understand why the restaurant wasn't open that day, but it would have been nice for guests to have a decent place to eat. Regardless, we're planning to go back the same time next year."

"We chose this hotel for the northern lights. We had a room with big windows and that was perfect. The first night we had the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast is grab and make yourself which I actually liked. Made for a very private setting. The staff was great and responsive but we didn't need much help. Thanks for the stay."
