"Solid, but unspectacular. Recommend."

"The property is worn and not well maintained. The bathroom was extremely small with no counter space or sink except outside the bathroom. There was body wash in the shower but no soap supplied at the sink. The continental breakfast was very limited and the seating was also very limited. This is a below average accommodation. I would not call it “Very Good”"

"It is on the cheaper side so I would recommend it in a budget, I would just wish the breakfast had a bit more variation, and the place feels very sketchy when late but other than that it was ok."

"At night, I was bothered by the faint, continuous sound of the toilet running, as well as noises coming from the floor above. The room lacked a couch (even though one was visible in the photos shown at the time of booking); while the room itself was spacious, it contained only a single chair."

"We had a multi bedroom, my husband our 3 kids, and myself. The pool was clean and in the morning it was heated the kids loved that part. We used the hot tub it was clean and enjoyable. Kids said they would of liked more coverage instead of the see through glass. Breakfast was amazing. The kids loved they were able to make there own walffle and egg sandwich. They had so many options and 6am to 10am. Room and bathroom was clean. Everything worked. Only "complaints" was the soap and lotion...

"Room was very clean. The only issues we had was the air conditioning was finicky. It was either super cold and super warm. When the AC was not on it took a moment for it to cool down, woke up sweating one night. Otherwise the complementary breakfast was a great benefit, perfect for feeding my little ones without going anywhere. We would stay here again."

"We had to evacuate our vacation home due to a chemical emergency. Going from a 6 bedroom home family reunion to a few hotel rooms was not ideal, but the staff was so kind and helpful to us. The kitchenette cooktop allowed us to utilize the food we had already purchased and the large lobby gathering area worked perfectly for our group of 13 to visit and play games."

"This property is in remarkable condition. The bathroom was awesome. Tile floors and walls Were tile and the fixtures were top quality. Breakfast was great and parking was easy and safe "

"We had a spacious and very clean 2QueenBed room . Location very convenient, close to Costco, Trader Joe's, Panda Express and Mitsuwa Marketplace. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly and accomodating."

"This was a clean, friendly hotel- staff appeared mature (as in older), uber-polite and gracious. I rated 3 stars as there was no extra blanket in our room, about a half-roll of toilet paper (no new roll…but there was Kleenex), no wash cloths (but lots of towels), no water bottles for AM coffee in the Kuerig… We checked in very late, exhausted. We did not call for these items to be brought to our room."

"This travel did not happen. They weren’t accepting check-in because of the chemical spill or explosion that was going to happen nearby nearby so they could not allow for any check-in. They were going to evacuate not sure if they did, but I had to find another place. Total inconvenience. Not their fault. I’ve stayed here before. It was a great place. just disappointing that this was a tragic situation."
