"The Room was ok. The staff - Rosa is the worst I checked out of my room and realized I left my prescription in the drawer and asked her if I could please pick it up, this is something I need to take for the rest of my life and she said no that house keeping never turned in any of my medication. I said please check the drawer she said no call and talk to the manager tomorrow and she said I am hanging up now! This is really sad that they will not give me my prescribed medication. Rude and very unprofessional. I will never stay here again."

"The best part of staying here is the beds. I was exhausted and the beds were so comfortable. I like having a little couch and a Keurig in the room. I do miss the old rooms with the Snoopy decorations, but the hotel is definitely fancier than it used to be. The shower was mid, low water pressure but very clean and plenty of towels. Also, the towels were really nice. The staff is always so friendly and helpful from checkingi in to check out. and all the Housekeeping ladies were all really nice. It is really super close to Knotts Berry Farm and the marketplace. You could literally walk to the Knotts bakery and get coffee and pastries for breakfast. We had a great stay. Please bring back Snoopy meeting greets in the lobby."

"Took a shower, open one of the large towel and found 5~6 long hair were attached and not removed when folding towels after laundry."

"It's stated it has a restaurant but doesn't..Wyndham in Colorado Arizona and Utah sevre a free full breakfast. The continental here is awful."

"This motel is in a great location---only 1/2 mile from Knott's Berry Farm. We were always able to find a parking spot near our room. Nishant, the owner, was very accomodating and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again."

"Staff where nice enough, police turned up twice due to homeless people sleeping in hotel, obviously a lot of people who are living in hotel and organising there own breakfast buffet for other live ins, obvious drug deals and other seedy dealings going on. Car had an American flag representing police force removed from the back of his car (a sticker) due to the type of individuals living there. Needs a huge clean up and ice to go through it "
