"My family and I stayed in room 7 at Nosara Beach Hotel and the room was clean and nicely decorated, with incredible views of the jungle and the ocean from the balcony. The hotel staff is so kind, welcoming and helpful and if you don’t speak Spanish everyone there is bilingual and speaks excellent English. The grounds were beautiful and well kept, pool was exceptionally clean and so relaxing. We ate breakfast there daily, which was included, and it was all so delicious and the coffee was great....

"The staff were accommodating and always willing to help. Our room was lovely and as advertised online. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pools were wonderful and our spa experience was extremely positive. Overall good value for dollar. Our only complaint would be the cost of a poolside drink - it was wild!"

"Good A/C, nice sized room. Appreciated the "larger" mini frudge and coffee maker in the room. Very helpful woth local resources and advice on best travel routes. Got to see a mother howler monkey nursing her baby in the tree just adjacent to the room. Room walls are concrete, so couldn't hear anything from adjacent rooms. "The Sunset Shack was fantastic for our family trip to Nosara. The beach is super close, and the town is very cute. We were right in the middle of it all. Monkeys in the mango trees on the property in the morning, and iguanas roaming all day. The food, the staff, and the hotel itself were all 5 stars! We would love to return to Nosara, and would not stay anywhere else. Thank you Sunset Shack!"
