Hotel Dekat Redwell Leisure Centre

"Very dirty and disgusting. Hot as hell which seems to be a theme at hotels in the area. I'm itching just thinking about our stay. Heat makes the room unbearable, I spent more time at the air conditioned Morrisons down the street than Idid int the hotel, (thanks to Morrisons for not charging me for loitering). Just an old dirty box they call a hotel with pictures that had to have been airbrushed because even AI would have a hard time making this up. The pictures fooled me don't fall for it."

"We stayed for one night. Although very hot weather the room had plenty of windows and an excellent fan to help keep us cool. Staff very friendly. Plenty of parking. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

"This is probably one of the cleanest places i have ever stayed, it was spotless, our room was stunning, so many little added touches, really comfy bed an pillows, the only thing that lets it down i think maybe because of the age of the property is the very thin walls and floor, but ear plugs are provided which is great in case you are sensitive to noise"

"Property was average, drawers in room were broken, we reported it locally, staff were friendly. Big issue for us was already we have a claim from ParkingEye for a parking fine for an in and out on Friday 6/24 around lunchtime, obviously a scam since we arrived 6/21 and left on 6/26 as scheduled and the car details were in your system for all other in and out journeys without issue. To add insult to injury, the rental car Europcar, wants a fee for providing our contact details in the USA on this...
