"Warm and friendly welcome by the team. From the moment we arrived we were given the 5 star treatment - greeted by the concierge who helped us with luggage, and the reception staff who checked us in with a warm glass of mulled cider. "Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was within 5mins walking distance to the train station thus convenient & the station had many eateries & local supermarket Sainbury’s and Tesco. The room was very clean, slightly small but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, pastries and fruits. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. "
