"Room very small, although very clean. Hardly any room around the bed. No chair. Shower very erratic, freezing cold one minute, scalding another. Apart from the staff member who checked me in, I was ignored every time I passed the reception post. Staff couldn’t be bothered even to say good morning. Very disappointing."

"Amazing place to stay, all the staff were so friendly and very helpful. Breakfadt was excellent, beds were comfortable and super clean bathroom. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets right nearby, Hyde Park just around the corner and Paddington a 2 minute walk, so convenient for everything. We would highly recommended staying here."

"It was warm in our room for April, not sure if they didn't switch the A/C on yet or not but the 3rd floor stays quite warm. Asked the front deak to look at it and no change, if you don't mind hot and a smaller space it was just fine for us 2 (mom and teen). Good location close to the tube and bus, parks, Buckingham Palace, pubs, etc."

"Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, wenn auch etwas hellhörig. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, denn auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Kühlschrank und der Herd im Zimmer waren ebenfalls super, so dass wir uns abends etwas zum Essen bereiten konnten. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. "

"Muy buen lugar para quedarse, habitaciones limpias, baños limpios, cocina equipada. Si tuviera que decir algo negativo es que por medio día no funcionó el Internet pero por suerte se arreglo solo. También cuando pregunte si mi retraso de vuelo generaría in "no show " pero no obtuve respuesta sin embargo no tuve problemas para ingresar y alojarme."
