"I want to start by saying the staff at this hotel were VERY friendly and responsive, which I truly appreciated—especially given the situation we experienced. Unfortunately, our initial room had a significant issue with cockroaches. We found five in total, ranging from very small to quite large, which made it seem like there may be a larger underlying problem (like maybe there was a cockroach nest in the room). It was late (around 10 PM), and while I didn’t take photos because I was focused on handling the situation, it was definitely concerning. To the hotel’s credit, they quickly moved us to another room for the night, which we appreciated. However, I do think it’s important for management to address this issue thoroughly to ensure future guests don’t have a similar experience. Overall, kind staff—but I would encourage the hotel to take a closer look at pest control in the rooms. "

"The hotel was beautiful! I love the artsy decor. It's a small hotel so there was only one restaurant that was open for all three meals. I only ate there once for lunch. The food was delicious. There was a taco joint that was only open for breakfast which was curious. The bridge that leads from the main downtown area was demolished so we were not able to have access to downtown easily. The hotel is near a highway so it's a bit noisy but that did not bother me. If you are a very light sleeper, this may not be the spot for you. "

"The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids. "
