"Great location near multiple subway stations and a lot of options for restaurants. Staff was helpful the whole time and I was suprised with the semi automated check in (there is some interaction with a person but you also interct with a computer by scanning your passport , you confirm some infomration and you get your breakfast coupons automatically). For the check out , you only drop your key in a dropbox and thatˋs it ."

"Loved the hotel! It is clean, and i. Convenient location. Walking distance from a couple of train stations, and convenience stores such as 7-11 and Don Quijote. There is also a Lawson store in the hotel. Being in Tokyo Dome City, it is also near the mall, and several restaurants. Excellent view. Narita Airport Limousine also has a stop at this hotel, albeit very limited time slots. Nevertheless, can’t beat this premium location in my opinion. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tokyo."

"The hotel is in an ideal location - quiet and cozy but close to the train/subway as well as convenience stores, a nearby shopping mall and many restaurants and cafes. The amenities are top notch, including a fitness center, a relaxation room with free massage chairs (a must after walking 20K steps per day!), and a nice restaurant. The rooms are roomy by Tokyo standards and include complimentary clean pajamas everyday as well as clean and aesthetic decor. Highly recommend!"

"Picked the hotel for location, close proximity to the stations. Very friendly, inviting staff. Noticed I was practicing my Japanese and was really understanding, kind and patient. Booked the superior double room and was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. Very comfortable for party of 2. Bed was comfy, shower was amazing with the rain shower head feature. They have eco friendly cleaning option (make bed, empty trash) which we appreciated since we don’t like to have staff redo the entire room with each clean. Also tucked into a quiet street but also close to the main attractions in Akihabara. Would definitely return to this hotel at our next trip! Thank you so much for the great experience."
