Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem. No momento do check-in, fui acomodado em um quarto diferente do que havia sido previamente anunciado. Para minha surpresa, tratava-se de um quarto adaptado para pessoas com deficiência, fato que não me foi informado em nenhum momento — só tomei conhecimento ao entrar no quarto. Além disso, ao retornar ao hotel no período da tarde, a fechadura do quarto apresentou defeito e não abria. Informei o problema na recepção, onde fui atendido com a promessa de que a situação seria resolvida e que eu receberia um retorno, o que não ocorreu. Até o momento do meu check-out, a fechadura não havia sido consertada. Durante toda a estadia, fui obrigado a me dirigir repetidamente à recepção para que alguém abrisse o quarto, o que gerou grande desconforto e transtorno. Para completar, em nenhum momento recebi um pedido de desculpas pelos problemas enfrentados, mesmo tendo mencionado essa falha no atendimento. Considero essa postura extremamente lamentável. Diante do ocorrido, deixo aqui minha insatisfação com a falta de comunicação, de manutenção adequada e, principalmente, de atenção ao cliente.

Atendimento da recepção deixou a desejar, com evidente falta de simpatia. Não havia travesseiros extras disponíveis, mesmo após solicitação. O hotel transmite a sensação de improviso em diversos aspectos. O banheiro apresentava moscas, e o papel higiênico era de péssima qualidade. Não recomendo a estadia, nem por uma noite — uma experiência totalmente frustrante. As fotos anexadas comprovam o relato.
