Minha experiência neste hotel ficou abaixo das minhas expectativas, principalmente pelo atendimento e pela sensação de acolhimento. Eu havia acabado de sair de outro hotel, onde os funcionários eram alegres, educados, prestativos e demonstravam disposição em ajudar. Ao chegar a este hotel, a diferença foi muito perceptível. O ambiente transmitia uma certa frieza, como se houvesse um distanciamento entre a equipe e o hóspede. Em geral, se eu fazia uma pergunta, recebia uma resposta objetiva. Caso contrário, era apenas um “sim”, “não”, “boa tarde” ou “boa noite”. Faltou aquela cordialidade espontânea que faz o hóspede se sentir bem recebido. Fiquei até pensando se essa diferença poderia estar relacionada ao fato de eu ter escolhido uma opção um pouco mais barata que a anterior. Mas, analisando melhor, acredito que o problema esteja muito mais relacionado ao treinamento e à postura da equipe. Atendimento não deveria depender do valor da diária. Além disso, não gostei do colchão, que era muito mole, e a cama de casal era formada por dois colchões, o que também comprometeu o conforto. São detalhes que, somados, fizeram com que minha experiência fosse bastante diferente da que tive no hotel anterior. O hotel poderia melhorar bastante investindo no treinamento da equipe, especialmente em cordialidade, acolhimento e iniciativa no atendimento ao hóspede.

Ar-condicionado muito bom, mas como fui no inverno acabei praticamente não usando...usei apenas uma tarde que optei por ficar no hotel. Quarto limpo...sentir falta apenas de shampoo e toca de cabelo no banheiro... perguntei a camareira, ela me disse que só fornece sabonete. Funcionários maravilhosos, super atenciosos e prestativos, fiquei encantada 😍. Café da manhã sentir falta de opções sem trigo, pois tenho intolerância e acabei comendo cuscuz com ovo todos os dias. Frutas, também poderia ter mais opções...mas, nada que seja prejudicial.

Experiência muito abaixo do esperado. Reservei um quarto de frente para o mar, mas fui colocada em um quarto pequeno no térreo, sem vista alguma. Senti que o serviço não correspondeu ao que foi contratado. O único destaque positivo foi o café da manhã, que oferecia boa variedade. Fora isso, a hospedagem deixou bastante a desejar. Diante da minha experiência, não recomendo a hospedagem, especialmente para quem busca receber exatamente o que foi reservado
