O complexo Polinésia é excelente, com muitas piscinas e um acesso privilegiado à praia. Ademais, aqueles que estão hospedados no Polinésia tem acesso ao Samoa Resort, o que é muito bem vindo. O estacionamento é rotativo e amplo, com acesso fácil ao apartamento via elevador. O processo de check-in é um pouco confuso. Pedem primeiro para ir na recepção do Samoa Beach Resort, depois nos encaminham para a recepção do Polinésia onde devemos colocar as pulseiras para identificar que somos hóspedes do complexo. Contudo, a comunicação entre as recepções é falha. Não é a primeira vez que um hóspede faz o check-in na recepção do Samoa e não passam os dados de todos os hóspedes para a recepção do Polinésia, que foi o que ocorreu. Dado que é algo recorrente é necessário que ajustem isso. Ademais, o apartamento estava em boas condições no geral. Porém, já apresenta algumas marcas de uso com o tempo, sugerindo uma pequena reforma no futuro próximo. O que desejou a desejar foi a limpeza dos pisos, pois estavam pegajosos. Para os próximos hóspedes é sugerido que se atentem mais a este ponto. Por fim, faltou repor o galão de água ou ao menos trocar o refil do filtro de água, que pela marcação não é trocado desde 2022. Faltou também itens básicos para a cozinha, como papel toalha e pano de prato para secar as louças. Obrigado.

Quarto limpo, estrutura excelente. Vista perfeita da varanda do apartamento. Todos utensílios da cozinha, localização na melhor área da praia. Roupa de cama insuficiente, tinha somente lençóis. O checkin foi bem complicado. Tem uma recepção no resort e uma nos apartamentos. Fui na do resort, falaram que tinha que ir na outra. É isso se repetiu 3 vezes. Um transtorno. Não tinha o nome de todos os hóspedes na reserva, sendo que eu passei com antecedência. Mas esse foi a única parte chata.

Excelente! O apartamento é bem completo e fica de frente para a piscina, que é ótima e muito bem limpa. O condomínio tem uma localização incrível, ao lado da igrejinha, o máximo. Tem segurança, tem barracas na praia (uma delícia). Final da tarde/anoitinnha vá para a Vila do Padre Arlindo (um charme). Comunicacão rápida. Valeu ❤️
