A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa. Os quartos, amplos, com camas boa, banheiro bom. Tem muitas piscinas. No entanto, a alimentação deixa muito a desejar. Pra consumir qualquer coisa tem que passar por fila. Os alimentos são feitos de qualquer jeito, sem cuidado. Infelizmente não volto e não recomendo.

Recreador de 10 a 12 que nao cumpriu a recreacao

A recreacao de 10 a 12 anos de idade precisa ser revista, na terca- feira de carnaval, o recreador, no horario da recreacao, que era daa 30 as 22:30, levou as criancas para jantar na pizzaria, apesar de todas dizerem que tinham jantado e queriam brincar…. Passaram 1 hora na fila de eapera do restaurante e depois so tiveram 30 min pra brincar. Ja a recreacao de 7 a 8 anos esta de parabens! Recreadores muito simpaticos, fazendo com que as criancas quisessem ficar brincando ate tarde.

Dirty, food is terrible. Hotel workers very lazy. I never saw coconut, popsicle they let the place open for 2 hours. If you are in the place of all you can eat it shouldn’t have a time specific to get a popsicle. specific to get it a popsicle. The amount of money I spend I would stayed in a better hotel and clean and eat on a different restaurant. Food don’t have a taste. The temaki night is horrible the lady smashing the sushi rice and wetting her hand in a bowl of water. Like WTH does that.

limpieza: siempre quedaba arena en los pisos en la habitacion solo hay dos tomacorriente, en el bano no hay perchas donde colgar las toallas, en la habitacion no hay vasos. Staff & service: tuve inconvenientes con la llave electronica, espere al tecnico mas de media hora sin respuesta, espere a la supervisora de la noche mas de 20 minutos. La gerenta del hotel prometio una respuesta, nunca la daba y solo luego de mi 2º reclamo se digno a contestar.

O apartamento é muito confortável, espaçoso e possui varanda. A comida é bem variada e muito saborosa, o espaçoso é lindo bem arborizado e com muitas piscinas. A área da praia é bem estruturada. Só senti falta d recreação p crianças maiores, meu filho fez 13 anos e nao podia fazer recreação d 9 a 12 anos, mas tbem não entrava na d adulto. Nada q desabone o resort pq tudo é muito bom.

The only complaint I have is about the room cleanness and the lack of variety on the temátic restaurants. My daughter loved it and had lots of fun on the lazy river and on the kids pools.

Fiquei muito decepcionada com o hotel. Fui há 10 anos e gostei muito, por isso resolvi voltar agora com minha família. Porém, o hotel aumentou e está lotado, inchado, mas a estrutura não comporta o aumento de hóspedes: filas enormes desde o momento do check in e pra todas as alimentações (exceto no restaurante de hambúrguer - único que fomos muito bem atendidos e sem precisar aguardar). A comida foi decepcionante: apesar de ser all inclusive o hotel lotado é um desincentivo à alimentação a qualquer hora - desde o café da manhã até o jantar e passando por todos os bares e lanches. Outro problema básico que tivemos: a TV que não funcionava. Levou mais de 48h pra conseguirmos ser atendidos pra resolver um problema cotidiano. Em resumo: não volto e definitivamente não indico.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy lindas, ideal para ir con niños, mis hijas se divirtieron muchísimo en las piscinas. Hay mucho espacio para estar cómodo y disfrutar. La playa es hermosa! aunque con muchas olas. La comida y el servicio bien. Las habitaciones son viejas, necesitan mantenimiento.

Amamos a estadia

O Enotel é um hotel maravilhoso, voltado à família! Pensado nos mínimos detalhes! A bebida por ser à vontade, gostei que não entregam garrafas, latinhas, o que deixa o ambiente mais seguro para crianças (e adultos também)! A recreação a partir dos 4 anos também tem bastante programação e nos passou muita confiança, pois foi a primeira vez que deixamos nosso filho mais velho sem nossa supervisão (7anos)! Atendentes corteses! Programação adulta boa também (teve samba que gostei bastante). Comida farta, diversificada, mas em termos de sabor, nada de extraordinário! Mas nos supriu e surpreendeu positivamente!

Staff were very helpful and the reception manager was the best. She was so patient and friendly. Hotel was really good overall. Food was good and it was easy to find anything we needed right there. The staff from the wet bar were not very nice. They seemed like they were unhappy and not very motivated. They would never explain us what each drink was and would just tell us to look online. That happened in every wet bar! Staff from the restaurants were really nice specially the ladies who made Tapioca for breakfast. All very friendly and happy. We would go back in the future since we saw they are expanding the resort but the rooms need some updates but very good overall.

If you are from the united states you will be use to certain luxuries. You will not receive that here. Terrible food. Tastes bland and you can tell they go very cheap. No slides or amusement. Just some pools. The wave pool is not a wave pool. The waves are never greater than a inch. No point to even call it a wave pool. No one ever smiled. The staff seemed like they were tortured.

É importante deatacar que o hotel nao é 5 estrelas, mas nao é ruim. A comida é ok, melhor nos restaurantes tematicos em que sao servidas a la carte com um cardapio bem restrito. O kids club 10-12 anos nao cativou meu filho (que vinha de uma otima experiencia no arraial d'ajuda eco resort). A praia eu gostei, porem o mar requer muita atenção. O quarto remetia a uma pousada sem charme, o nosso tinha vista pro extintor de incêndio. Comparado com o grand palladium imbassai é bem parecido. Comparado com o arraial d'ajuda eco resort, somente a praia e a comida sao melhores. Comparado ao aqua do beach park, a experiencai do beach park é bem melhor. Nao pode ser comparado ao nannai que é realmente um hotel 5 estrelas, de charme e exclusivo.

Insatisfação total.

Eu fiquei muito insatisfeita com a organização da estadia, as pessoas não são capacitadas para nos orientar em relação a tudo que acontece no resort, muitas são mau humoradas, como se este tivéssemos fazendo favores. A comida péssima, desde o café da manhã até o jantar, a logística das refeições tb são péssimas, não tem Variedades de comidas, o quarto que ficamos super distante das piscinas e restaurantes e eu estava com Criança de colo, pedi na recepção pra vê se conseguiria um mais próximo, porém a solicitação não foi atendida, um hotel que não tem flexibilidade com seu cliente. Não indico pra ninguém, inclusive já vieram me perguntar pq tinham interesse em irem, mas falei tudo que passei e péssimo.
