"This is not a hotel but a leased apartment. Due to conferences and a football match on 20 September 2025 it was difficult to find accommodation in the city. So took this option. No reception. "O apartamento é uma belezinha. Porém, ficamos muito incomodadas com o forte cheiro de cigarro, realmente insuportável. A cama é super desconfortável; acordamos com dores e, para ajudar, o ar condicionado faz uns barulhos e estalos que nos acordaram várias vezes na madrugada. As toalhas estavam limpas, porém muito manchadas, o que dá uma impressão ruim. A colcha de cama também havia marcas de sujeira. E o maior problema que tive foi em relacao ao estacionamento que esta escrito no anuncio que tem, isso foi determinante para minha escolha e chegando la nao tem estacionamento. "Gostei bastante da hospedagem, quarto amplo, guarda-roupa, itens de cozinha, espelho bem grande. O que eu senti falta foi de um lugar para colocar a mala tipo um banquinho pois iria ficar poucos dias , não seria viável colocar as roupas no armário. "Muito confortável e excelente estadia, a cama é bem confortável e o quarto amplo, banheiro muito bom, box espaçoso. Pontos negativos diria que faltou a opção de smartv, visto que a claro é bastante limitada e achei o quarto muito escuro, os corredores também, o hotel todo no geral é bastante escuro. A equipe é sensacional, da recepção, passando pela segurança e cozinha, atendimento impecável, o café da manhã é incrível, muito gostoso mesmo, e o bugan burger é muito gostoso."
