The rooms were really, really quite excellent air conditioning. I had the loft room. Great acoustic music on the beach at night with a fire show.

Saikaew Boutique Hotel
Great location, on the beach, good restaurant, clean and spacious rooms plus superb staff. Only minor issue may be no blackout curtains and not very soundproof rooms to outside hallway. Would go again as the minor issues didnt bother me too much.
