"The supervisor on the front desk was terrible, she’s not nice and very rude. She needs to learn how to welcome guest in a friendly way!! My husband was very upset with her because at first we asked her if we can check in early because we had plans and the way she responded was very off and that makes my husband very angry and so they got into a heated argument. "Great place to stay in DC! Easy access to a lot of popular spots. Very clean, aesthetically pleasing and friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is renovating the fitness center. For a 10 floor hotel, the fitness center can probably hold 4 people max and that’s pushing it a little. Nonetheless, I will definitely be back."
