"This hotel is beautiful and has so much history. The views are magical and the restaurant, particularly our server, Giovanni, was phenomenal (best service we’ve ever had). However, as it relates to the amenities and cleanliness this is far from a 5-star experience. Our towels we received were dirty with dried blood, the entryway to the hotel had a swarm of some type of flying insects (gnats?), there was no shower in our room (the bath was nice but inconvenient for getting ready quickly or...

"We stayed at the Villa Piedmonte in Ravello for our 25th wedding anniversary trip. It was such a beautiful hotel, with spectacular views, and a very attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was exquisite. It had many fresh and delicious choices. Alessandra at reception was wonderful and helpful with guides to Ravello and Giuseppe, the driver of the courtesy shuttle was great as well. We plan to return to the Villa Piedmonte soon!"

"We enjoyed the hotel accommodation - lovely views to bed the sea, spacious, comfortable and beautiful linen. We found the pool and sea swimming areas to be inviting and well staffed, the food great and parking was included. The staff were really lovely, professional and helpful."

"The property is beautiful and has great views, but the room had a strong humidity/musty smell, so we had to keep the door open most of the time. Reaching the property was also difficult, as the car cannot get all the way there. From the drop-off point, there’s a long walk with many stairs, which was very tiring, especially in the heat."
