"We stayed in quadropil fam room, it has a passing door to the other room, there it was no isolorion for noise. İt is a 4star hotel but no slipper was available,this is interesting to me (not sure if this is a rule) , I got the answer of saying that they provide slippers only for members in gold loyalty program"

"Great location on Plaza Mayor. Small room but good bed and nice shower, so who needs more. Did not need hotel breakfast; nice cafe right opposite hotel entrance."

"The AC isn't working right, and when I called reception, they told me to open the window for fresh air. I emailed the manager but never heard back. I even spoke to her, and she confirmed the AC is broken and they're short-staffed (I had to go down to pick up an iron myself). Plus, there's no parking lot, so you have to find a spot on the street."

"The restaurant leaves much to be desired. My steak was on the tough side and at least 1/3 was fat. As far as the breakfast buffet, that was even worse. The place was understaffed, you literally have to get up and chase down a waiter to order your eggs which once they arrive are stone cold. The bread products everyday are stale, dry and tough In short the hotel’s gastronomy is very disappointing experience right down to the wobbly, useless bamboo prongs at the breakfast buffet. "
