"Fantastic resort and great value for money. The staff were all amazing - friendly, helpful and attentive from check-in to check-out. The
all-inclusive and drink were good quality, and there were plenty of activities and amenities to enjoy between meals. The resort is a short taxi ride away from several shopping malls and hypermarkets, and whilst it's a long drive from major airports it's worth the journey if you want somewhere a bit calmer than Dubai but with the same level of luxury."

entertainment and very attentive service with to seat and lounger drink service in every bar/location even on the
beach.
Food was to die for particularly the daily indian and seafood options but every taste catered for. Only complaint was the booking system for the Al-la-carte
restaurants the app system just doesn’t work but I reckon they will fix that in the next few months. They seemed to listen and acknowledge the problem. "

"Everything about this hotel was exceptionally good. It was spacious, clean and had everything you would want in a luxury hotel. There was a wide choice of bars,
restaurants and swimming pools. And watching the sun go down while lying on the hotel
beach was one of the highlights of my whole stay. "

"We stayed for a 4 night break and would return in the future. The housekeeping was superb, nothing was too much trouble and our room was spotless.
We took the
all inclusive package and only ate in Cinnamon which would have become repetitive if we’d stayed longer but the
food was good. I have to mention Milan one of the waiters, he was so helpful and warm and always had a smile and a friendly greeting, a real asset to the Hotel!

"We enjoyed a quick weekend getaway here. Haven't been since before covid. Really nice staff and good options for
dining. Property is currently being renovated, so some of the areas are in construction. Spacious rooms and
beach is close by - loved the Frisky Fox and evening
entertainment. Shame to see the Belgian Beer cafe is no longer nearby but everything else good"

"Positives: super clean, a plenty of good quality food, attentive staff. The spa was great.
Negatives: website claims that the hotel is offering a free shuttle within 30 km radius. The only place where the shuttle goes twice a day, is a nearby mall. Also, the hotel is very far from the airport and the city, no uber or taxi will come to pick you up, so for all activities, you are dependent on the travel agency within the hotel. You can rent a car with a driver for the whole day, for example.
Lastly, the hotel serves mainly families with kids. There is loud music and screaming kids all day. So if you’re looking for something quiet and relaxing, this is not it. "
