"We arrived a bit early to find our room was not quite ready. The staff gave us a nice coffee and asked us to wait 20 minutes in the lovely courtyard. "Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The two young male reception staff Can (not sure the other's name) were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. We checked in at around 8pm after a long day of travelling and were initially told we had received a complimentary room upgrade.
