The food was delicious, the atmosphere had such a great vibe, and what really stood out was the staff. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend Pelangi Hotel and canโt wait to visit again!"

Staff were so friendly and helpful, always had a smile on their faces. We mentioned a birthday at check in and on the day they decorated the bed and provided a cake. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"Possibly the best stay on Langkawi! Staff were so helpful and went above and beyond. The food was good. Breakfast buffet has many choices, the only thing that could be improved is that the food items could be hotter. Beds are comfy. Amenities make the enjoyable on a rainy day! Close walk to many restaurants. Would highly recommend and would stay here again."

"Great hotel in Kuah. We booked this hotel after a bad experience at another hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was just amazing. Nice spacious room with a view of the pool. There are plenty of shops and food places near by however it is far from the beach."
