Hotel murah di Randallstown

"Very loud. Lots of construction going on. People coming back from the casino were loud in the hallways. But the worst thing was when I woke up the next morning and there was no water. I was traveling for work and that was not a good situation. The lady working the desk was very understanding when I asked for my money back and was very helpful. If I were coming for a game at the stadium I might stay there again because I was there to just have a good time but I was supposed to there for a week...

"I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."

"If I could give ZERO stars I would. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Every room reeks of cigarette smoke even though there’s signs everywhere threatening a 250$ smoke cleaning fee. Changed 2 rooms hoping to get a decent one to no avail. This is a disgusting place even for a motel. I booked based on the numerous positive reviews, THOSE LIED. The check in staff is polite and very apologetic about the rooms conditions. Ha! The “continental breakfast” is actually just granola bars and coffee. Laughable. DO NOT...

"The hotel was very well maintained, friendly staff. The bed was very soft and comfortable, the pillows were soft as well. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body gel and lotion, big tv. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. Big bathroom with plenty of soft towels. The pool was heated and plenty of towels as well. Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing time, I would definitely come back to stay here."

"The hotel was under renovations at the time, so some of it was unable to be controlled. However, in my room, the television didn’t work, a lamp fell off the wall, the phone wasn’t connected and there was a very large urine stain on the pull out sofa bed’s mattress. Speaking of that mattress it was about 2 inches thick and I couldn’t imagine sitting on it, let alone trying to sleep. Breakfast was good and included. The staff were standoff-ish at check-in.
