"This place what absolutely amazing, one of the good surprises you appreciate. First of all the infrastructure, the gardens, the pool, they are all very beautiful and well maintened. Then the staff is extremely professional, welcoming and polite. The room is very clean and has all that’s needed. Maybe it feels a little in contrast with the exterior that is all very modern and recent, the interior is a bit less “impressive” but still very enjoyable. Finally, the breakfast was an à la carte meal....

"Our room felt like a dungeon with no natural light from the windows (facing inner corridors). During the night same windows were fully bright from the lights shining in those corridors- madness!! There was evidence of water damage on the walls, cold water only in showers and random mostly empty bottles of „soap” and „hair mask” for cosmetics, not even any soap to wash hands! Room had coffee machine but no coffee to go in it. Dishes in the room were dirty. Only saving grace for this hotel is...

"Everything about the room and property was wonderful. I can't say enough of how thoughtfully well appointed was the room. They thought of everything in anticipation of guests needs, including sensors, unlimited coffee and lighting. The staff was incredible and especially the reception attendant Caleb, who helped us with sights and restaurant suggestions. Will be back if we come this way again.
