"The room was clean and obviously there was attention to details with the little touches like tissue designs. Bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room just had an unusual Oder and the rug needs replacing. Staff were amazingly attentive and responsive."

"We very much enjoyed our stay and found everyone one we encountered was courteous and accommodating. Very clean. Location is fabulous and close to everything! Early risers that are coffee drinkers, bring your own because they don’t put it out until 7am in the lobby and what is in the room is meh. Reds, the hotel restaurant, had the best cheesesteak I think I have ever had. Drinks on site are pricey but the staff and vibe was good. All around, and knowing what to do and bring as a traveler...

"Arrived at hotel at 3:20 and the checkin was at 4pm with no rooms available earlier. 4:00 pm and massive line awaiting checkin and no rooms ready. No answers from staff, no manager on duty. Just told to wait till rooms were available. Most of the people waiting had to go to a concert that started at 6pm. 4:30 and no rooms thus had to leave to make the concert without being able to check in. Booked another hotel. Customer service is non existent."

"Room was supposed to be 2 queen beds. They were actually doubles. They were hard as a rock. Rooms are super dated and have had the landlord special done on them. Tub had mold around the edges. I guess you don't get much for the money in this area though. Room was non smoking but you could smell smoke slightly. Check in was a little weird. They were behind a bullet proof window. Makes you wonder what the area was like. Probably wouldn't stay there again."

For our entire stay of 4 days all the phones in the hotel were not working - may be intentionally disconnected. Can not make calls room-room, to outside or to reception - very inconvenient. Elevators and common corridors were not airconditioned, uncomfortable. We had to change our room because in the one we were given hot water faucet in shower was not working. Because phones were...
