"The hotel is in the center of the tourist area so that was nice. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is really a combination of many very old buildings so the layout is a little quirky, The room finishes are getting a bit old looking but the staff keeps the rooms and public areas clean and neat. Breakfast was very nice in a large dining area with plenty of options."

"Perfect hotel for our stay in Porto. Cheerful check in, plenty of information provided. The room was lovely, very spacious & clean. It was my husbands birthday while we were there, we didn’t mention in but a cake and a bottle of fizz was left in the room - very kind!"

"Hotel tres propre et facilement accessible avec le metro à côté et son parking. 15 a 20 mn du centre à pied. Petit déjeuner trop cher 15 euros par pers. Chambre côté rue trop bruyante et eloignee des salons et du bar. Personnel peu avenant pas souriant du tout et ne parlant pas un seul mot de français. C'est quand même un comble pour un hotel 4 étoiles... En ce qui concerne le ménage dans la chambre il pourrait être amélioré. Pour exemple papier toilette insuffisant et la.poubelle de salle...

"Genuinely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, everything was great. It's walking distance from the train station, the funicular, bars, restaurants, the river front and shopping. Despite being so central it is a quiet location. The bar has a lovely garden outside, and the staff looked after us really well, especially Afonso and Helder in the bar and the staff on Reception. "
